Honorpas: Parineeti Chopra is making her TV debut as a judge on the reality show Desh Ki Shaan. Apart from Parineeti, the show deals with competitors showcasing their talents in front of a jury consisting of Karan Johar and Mithun Chakraborty.
If reality shows are one thing that is often criticized, it is the excessive drama and soap stories of the contestants. There are even allegations that these events are mostly scripted. However, in a recent conversation, Parineeti dismissed those who questioned the reality of reality shows, saying that the script was not given to the judges because of widespread rumors.
“I think people who have nothing to do with reality shows will talk like that. I give information directly from my experience. We were not given a script or told what to say. We never met these contestants and did not react to their performances if it happened. If there is an emotional story, why not share it? Talents are not fake, they are only available once for acting. The truth about the show is very real, ”he told the Indian Express.
He said he was judging a reality show on television and also spoke to his opponents as he had no pictures available. Talking about his upcoming projects, Parineeti said, “I am doing bigger and better projects now. I have a Suraj Barjatya film and Sandeep Wanga’s next film with Ranbir Kapoor. I think these are as wonderful as doing a show like HonorPass. I think I’ve in a good place. “
