The unseen film from the recently released Ganguly Kathiawadi premiere can be seen posing with the film’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film’s lead actor Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone and Rekha. Since it came out on social media on Tuesday, the film has captured the imagination of fans, with many inviting all three actors to star together in a future Bhansali film. The cinematographer of the film, Sudeep Chatterjee, shared the unseen image on Twitter on Tuesday, with the hashtag Ganguly Kathiawadi titled “Happiness”. In the film, the director is wearing a black kurta and the three actors are wearing white sarees. The film seems to have clicked at the premiere of the film in Mumbai last week.
Fans redistributed the image on their accounts as they saw a lot of talent coming out. One fan wrote, “Can he cast them together?” The director insisted that all three actors be brought to the screen together. Others suggested that Sanjay Leela Bhansali should cast the trio in his upcoming dream project Heera Mandi. A fan tweeted, “Hiremondi’s dream actors” and shared the picture.
Hira Mandi, the Netflix director’s next project based on the red-light area of Lahore. Many fans were constantly advising different fans of the cast to learn from the bonhomies of their idols. “Fandoms ab toh sudhar jao (at least upgrade now),” one fan joked.
Ganguly Kathiawadi was released last Friday and critics praised the size, movement and acting of the film, especially Alia Bhatt’s performance. In the film, Alia plays the role of Ganguly, a high-profile real-time sex worker who became the Mafia queen in Mumbai. The film is based on Hussain Jaitley’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai and stars Ajay Devgan, Chandan Maheshwari, Seema Pahwa, Vijay Ross and Jim Sarf.

The film did well in its opening weekend and grossed well ⁇39 crore by Sunday, before joining ⁇8 crore on the first Monday. Business analysts predict it will be a good Monday hold and the film will be a good week.
